We have the OneSource storage solution for your printed material: we offer FREE warehousing for our customers.

This warehousing solution allows you to free up critical storage space in your office.  In addition to this, you can also take advantage of the various price breaks offered on the products you use every day.

You can be assured that the pallet and rack storage system in our warehouse will protect your inventory.  When you need to release some of your products, you can go online, log into your account, and access our computerized inventory services.  If we receive your release requisition by 11 a.m. CST, we can usually ship the same day.

We take pride in this comprehensive On-Line Inventory Management system. Used in conjunction with our warehouse, it will increase your efficiency by:

The inventory management segment of the system allows you to view your complete inventory on-line. On your password-protected site, you will see a picture of each stored item, the quantities on hand and usage patterns of each product. You will also be notified when you need to re-order, based on your usage.

The distribution segment of the system allows you to release your products to multiple branches. Warehouse release requisitions processed before 10 a.m. CST generally ship the same day.

OneSource takes on additional meaning here. Throughout the years of working for credit unions on a nationwide basis, we have been called on more and more to be a single- source provider in the area of marketing.

After you decide to let us produce your marketing promotion piece, you will find a turnkey service waiting. You can select from one of our many stock design postcards ready to get your message out or our outstanding design team will create a postcard specifically for you. You can coordinate your postcards with matching statement stuffers, drive thrus and posters to reinforce your message to your members. To get your postcards to your members let us do the mailing for you.

The mailing service is relatively new…..three years old to be exact. We hesitated adding any new service until we were sure it could always go smoothly and save you precious hours and dollars. Just email your mailing list to us in an excel or spreadsheet format and we will do the rest.

We want to be known as your OneSource supplier.

Design Typesetting

Credit Union Marketing has it’s own in house art department. We provide a broad range of art services. Our art services include typesetting, logo design, custom marketing campaigns, etc.

It is so important to coordinate the look of your envelopes, receipts, checks and key marketing pieces such as postcards and ad specialty items. You want your members to know with just a glance that what they received from you is from “their credit union”.

You may need a new logo or you may want to redesign your envelope and forms copy for instant recognition. Our design team can do this.

When submitting your art, we accept many different formats (.ai, .eps, .cdr, .tif, etc.). Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo Shop, Corel Draw, and Quark are the Programs used in-house. Your art must be sent to us as a 300dpi image. This is to insure that it meets our strict standards resulting in a high quality Image for your business.

If you have bad art we can have it redrawn for a minimal fee (roughly $20). Call for a quote.

Rare to this industry, our design and typesetting department is not a “profit center” for Credit Union Marketing. This is something we do for you at our actual cost.

FIVE STAR

We all understand the important premise that the more credit union services a member uses, the less likely that member will move his or her account(s) elsewhere. This results in a member that is more likely to stay with the credit union for many years to come.

Five Star is a marketing campaign designed not only to expose your membership to the many services your credit union offers, but to also entice them to sign up for more of your services. Examples of services include checking accounts, car loans, IRAs and home equity loans. The member is awarded a “star” with each service he or she participates in. The goal is to have a member sign up for 5 different services. The more “stars” the member has, he is rewarded with incentives such as lower car loan rates or higher CD rates. This win-win situation creates an on-going relationship in which your member continues to turn to your credit union for future financial needs.

We can design a customized Five Star marketing campaign for your credit union. We will work with you to determine the additional member services that will benefit your credit union. Our Part

• We will provide you with a custom design and imprint options of your choice or you may select one of our stock designs. (Minimal art charges apply to custom work)

• We will send you a proof prior to printing so you can see what your final postcard will look like.

• We will remove all duplicates and send one postcard per household.

The total mailing cost is 46 cents per card including spraying names, bar-coding to expedite handling, banding into postal areas and taking to the post office. YOU COULD NOT DO THIS IN-HOUSE FOR THAT PRICE!
